Where is your matcha from?

We source from various farms across Japan! See About Us.

How long does matcha stay fresh?

Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within 1-2 months for peak flavour. Refrigerate for longer freshness.

If unopened, it can last up to a year if stored properly!

How should I store my matcha?

Keep your matcha in a cool, dry place — away from heat, light, and humidity. Reseal tightly after each use, and refrigerate for longer freshness. Storage reminders are included with every product.

What variant can I use for baking or cooking?

We’ve had customers tell us how well Yama Yuki pairs not only with their lattes, but with their cakes and cookies as well!

Do you do same-day deliveries?

Yes! Just choose “Pick up” when checking out — it’s our self-booking option. The cut-off for same-day pick-up is 5 PM. Sometimes we accept later pick-ups depending on availability.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send a separate email with the exact pin location.

Please note that same-day pick-up isn’t available on Sundays or for pre-order items.

What courier do you use for shipping?

J&T Express is our main courier.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the Philippines, but we're working toward making that happen soon!

Do you do accept wholesale?

Yes but we are currently at capacity.
