How do I store my matcha?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Reseal tightly after each use. Refrigerate for longer freshness!
When do you open pre-orders?
We will not be opening pre-orders anymore. Orders can only be placed once the item is onhand.
When do you ship orders?
We ship every Tuesday (other days may be added depending on schedule) Cut-off is at 2 — orders placed after will be shipped with the following batch.
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
Do you do same-day Pick ups?
Yes but not always guaranteed, usually only takes 1-3 days. Wait for our confirmation via email or text (if you shared your number). Pick-up details will follow separately. For urgent needs, don't hesitate to reach out!
What if I don't receive a confirmation email/text?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it, send us a message so we can assist you!
What courier do you use for shipping?
For now, only LBC.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t make manual changes to orders. You’re always welcome to check out again—just give us a quick heads-up so we can re-list your previous order.
As for cancellations, paid orders cannot be cancelled but orders made without payment within the day will be cancelled automatically and listed again at 5 PM.
