Preparation Suggestion
Koicha (Thick Tea)
- Sift 4g matcha into a bowl.
- Add 40ml hot water and whisk slowly until smooth and thick.
Usucha (Thin Tea)
- Sift 2g matcha into a bowl.
- Add 60ml hot water and whisk briskly until lightly frothy.
Latte (with Milk)
- Sift 3g matcha into a bowl.
- Add 40ml hot water and whisk until smooth.
- Pour 100-120ml of milk over ice.
Hot water not beyond 75–80°C
